Cyrano de Bergerac is a soldier, swordsman and poet who believes his prominent nose makes him unworthy of Roxane's love. When she confides that she adores the handsome Christian, Cyrano agrees to write the letters and speeches that help Christian court her, hiding his own feelings inside another man's romance.
