Sarita is rebuilding her life in a tiny Brooklyn flat after a divorce when a scruffy stray appears at her door. The dog ignores every attempt to send it away, pulling her into dog parks, unsolicited advice from other owners and a new kind of companionship. As her carefully ordered life becomes messier, she starts reconsidering what family can look like.
A character-led comedy about starting again, with the central relationship growing between a reluctant new dog owner and the stray that adopts her.
