The story

Tevye lives in the small village of Anatevka with his five daughters, guided by the traditions that have long organised family and community life. As his daughters begin challenging those expectations, especially around marriage, he must decide how far he can bend without losing the roots that have shaped him.

In the room

A family-centred historical musical where matchmaking and generational conflict unfold against a wider world that is changing around the village.
