INDY!
Three amateur archaeologists decide to recreate a famous adventure trilogy live, armed with homemade props, shadow puppets and far too much confidence.
First Night is a theatre diary for logging the shows you've seen and discovering what to see next.
A trio of amateur archaeologists attempt to recreate the Indiana Jones trilogy on stage using whatever they can make themselves. Their homemade props, shadow puppets and misplaced confidence turn the undertaking into a comic attempt to reproduce huge cinematic adventures with deliberately limited means, leaving plenty of opportunity for the recreation to go off course.
A physical parody built from theatrical make-do, shadow puppetry and deliberately precarious live recreation, with the comedy coming from the gap between adventure ambition and amateur resources.
physical comedy, homemade theatrical effects, adventure parody and knowingly chaotic live performance.
