History
The story

Gomer Jones has lost his hearing and feels increasingly cut off from the life he wants. During the First World War he finds himself among a group of young outsiders and develops into an unexpectedly important figure among them, in a musical inspired by the true story of a deaf Welsh soldier and sniper.

In the room

The musical integrates sign language with a Foley soundscape, making communication and the experience of sound part of its dramatic form.
