Room On the Broom
A generous witch keeps making room for stranded animals.
A witch and her cat are travelling by broomstick when the wind scatters the witch's belongings across the countryside. A dog, a bird and a frog help recover them, and each asks to join the journey until the broom is dangerously crowded. When a hungry dragon appears, the unlikely passengers must find a way to protect their new friend.
The tale unfolds through repeated encounters, rhythmic language and songs, turning each new passenger into a comic variation before the dragon introduces a mild burst of peril.
