Musical
Shrek the Musical
A grumpy ogre sets out to reclaim his swamp and finds friendship, chaos and an unexpected love story along the way.
First Night is a theatre diary for logging the shows you've seen and discovering what to see next.
Jeanine Tesori and David Lindsay-Abaire’s musical adaptation of William Steig’s book and the DreamWorks film, following Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona through a knowingly twisted fairy tale.
Big ensemble numbers, broad comedy, colourful fairy-tale characters and plenty of heart beneath the jokes. The story plays with appearances, belonging and the idea of happily-ever-after while giving its familiar characters plenty of theatrical spectacle.
Family musicals, fairy-tale spoofs, larger-than-life comedy and big-hearted ensemble shows.
