Young Macdonald Wants a Farm
Young MacDonald is left in charge of the farm, confident at first, until the animals turn the job into cheerful chaos.
First Night is a theatre diary for logging the shows you've seen and discovering what to see next.
Young MacDonald thinks he can handle his dad’s farm while he is in charge, but the animals quickly make that confidence look optimistic. The show invites young audiences to help restore order as things go wrong, turning a simple farmyard problem into an interactive piece for children and families.
Part gig, part game show and part theatre, with live electronic music, playful soundscapes, original songs, gentle clowning and audience participation built into the form.
